Whether you choose to take online classes, attend a seminar, or work directly with your Business Provider, you will learn how to get the most from Sage Master Builder. Customer Classes - Overview
Online classes make learning Sage Master Builder convenient and easy. Each instructor has years of experience using the software. In addition they work as Sage Master Builder Certified Consultants helping their clients learn and use this industry-specific solution. During online training classes, these knowledgeable instructors will lead you step-by-step through the class material.
Online classes allow you to view the instructor's computer screen as he or she demonstrates Sage Master Builder software. To hear the class, you dial into a toll-free number. Because the classes are live, you can ask questions at any point and benefit from other students' questions. Classes cover all aspects of Sage Master Builder, including Project Management, Estimating, Scheduling, and Payroll. For more information, check our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Software Version
Whether you are working with an older version of Sage Master Builder or our latest release, you will gain a great deal from taking online classes. All instructors are familiar with the differences between the versions. We encourage you to enroll in the classes that interest you, regardless of your software version.
Sample Company Versions
Depending upon the version of Sage Master Builder that you have, the year used in the Sample Company data (2001 or 2007) may be different. Either version of the Sample Company may be used in the online classes and does not impact your learning experience. The courseware is currently being updated to reflect these changes.
Getting Started
All customers should begin learning with our New Customer Training series. These classes include an overview of the system features. They introduce you to the software and get you started using it. Class Prices
New Customer Training classes, Quick Start-up and Sage Master Builder Version Upgrade classes are a part of the "Discovery" package. New customers purchase the Discovery package in addition to the the Sage Master Builder program software. If you need to renew your subscription, please call 800-858-7008.
All customers are invited to purchase the Empowerment Package, an annual subscription to all of the Advanced online classes. Click for details
If you do not purchase an online class subscription package for your class, you may buy them individually for $75 each. If you purchase a class but are unable to attend, please click UNREGISTER on your My Training page next to your class registration. You may cancel your registration up to one-business day in advance. If you do not UNREGISTER, a place in the class will be held for you, and you will be charged a $75 'missed class' fee if you do not participate.
Enroll Early
Remember, class sizes are limited, and students must register for classes at least 24 hours in advance.
After you register
You will receive an e-mail registration confirmation that will provide important pre-class preparation instructions and a link to unregister for the class if your schedule changes and you are unable to participate. Keep this email confirmation to reference if you need to unregister. One business day in advance of your reserved class, you will receive the link to the class and the toll-free dial-in number for the audio portion of the class. Print this email to reference as you join the class.
Class Materials
Class materials can be downloaded when you register for a class. Since class materials are updated frequently, it is highly recommended that students download class materials 24 hours before class. The class materials provide exercises to solidify students' understanding of Sage Master Builder.
Online Training Requirements
To attend Sage Master Builder Online classes, you will need a computer with a high-speed Internet connection and a separate telephone line. You must set your computer screen resolution to 1024x768, and you will need to perform a one-time download of WebEx Training Manager prior to your first class. Easy to follow download instructions will be included in your class confirmation and invitation emails.
You will need to print your class materials prior to class so you can reference them during training.

Training Manager for Microsoft® Windows® - MSI Installer
Training Center automatically downloads, installs, and configures Training Manager for Windows the first time you start or join a training session. However, you may choose to download and run the Training Manager Installer before starting or joining a training session. You must have administrator privileges on your computer to use this installer.

Training Center automatically downloads, installs, and configures Training Manager for Mac OS X the first time you start or join a training session.
